There is no brick-and-mortar extension to the gallery. The exhibitions are solely available online.

We present our artists through curated exhibitions.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN CURATED?
When we say curated, we mean in the more traditional sense of curation. We don’t just present a selection of works from an artist, we present an artist’s works through an art show, similar to how it would be presented in an art gallery- except online. Instead of installing art, we upload it.
Each show includes an artist statement, artist biography, and occasionally other supplemental materials. We only sell artworks that are presented by the artists through the website’s online exhibitions.
HOW ARE EXHIBITIONS PRESENTED?
The artist takes over the homepage with their art, artist statement, biography, and any other media they wish to include in their show for the entire length of the show. Show runs might vary.
WHY EXHIBIT MY ART WITH THE VAUNT COLLECTION INSTEAD OF A PHYSICAL GALLERY?
Your exhibition will virtually be experienced by people around the world. More artists are harnessing online technology to increase visibility for their artwork.
The Vaunt Collection creates a distinguished virtual space for artists to convey a thorough presentation of their work that allows audiences to appreciate your work within context of a proper exhibition. This provides more value to your work than simply posting random images on social media.
It’s also a great marketing campaign!
WHAT KIND OF ART OR ARTISTS ARE YOU ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS FOR?
We promote contemporary art.
The Vaunt Collection is a subversive approach to exhibition, and we welcome artists who compliment that sentiment.
If you’re a painter, illustrator, sculptor, mixed-media artist, photographer, collage artist, please send us your submission.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM WORKS ALLOWED FOR AN EXHIBITION?
We are open to doing a full-scale show, but we also don’t mind the shows being short and sweet. The Vaunt Collection is home of the miniature art show. We do want a minimum of three artworks for a show, but ultimately, the message being conveyed through the works is what is most important.
HOW DO I GET THE PROCESS STARTED?
We recommend first reading through all the FAQS and browsing the site to get a feel for our gallery. Then, complete the initial submission process. If you are accepted you will be contacted to discuss both formal terms and creative terms for representing you and your exhibition.
When the artist wishes to move forward with an exhibition we will send an electronic agreement requiring an electronic signature.
WILL MY WORK BE DISQUALIFIED IF IT HAS ALREADY SHOWN IN A GALLERY?
We are open to works that have previously been shown in other galleries or that has been displayed on other websites. As long as you, the artist, have the rights to the work, are not under a contract, have possession of the work, have the right to sell, and no third party has a contractual right to take a commission from the sale of the artwork, then you’re fine to sell on The Vaunt Collection website.
HOW LONG DOES THE VAUNT COLLECTION RETAIN RIGHTS TO MY ARTWORK?
You always retain ownership of your artwork. We require the work to remain on our site for six months, including the time of the show, to provide us an opportunity to sell the work. During those six months we require exclusive rights to the works, so that it won’t be sold on other online platforms. After the initial six months you may keep your works on our site while selling on other sites, or you may completely withdraw from our site. All contractual terms will be discussed.
IF I KEEP MY ARTWORK ON THE WEBSITE’S STORE, CAN I SELL IT ELSEWHERE?
You are the owner of your artwork. If you sell your work outside our website, we ask that you inform us immediately so that we can make the work unavailable to avoid a disappointed customer. During the course of the exhibition with Vaunt we ask that you exclusively make the artwork available for sale through our website, for the above mentioned, as well as respecting our passion to promote your work. After the show’s end, and you decide to keep the artwork available through the store, then the artwork can be made available on other sites.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING?
The artist. The Vaunt Collection does not keep an inventory of any artwork, which means the artwork remains in the custody of the artist. The artist will be required to ship the artwork safely to the client within the contractual time agreed upon when signing on with The Vaunt Collection. It is important for the artist to consider these costs when pricing the artwork.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PAID AFTER SOMEONE PURCHASES MY WORK?
Once the artwork has confirmed delivery, we will process your portion of the sale into your account.
WHAT COUNTRIES CAN DO BUSINESS WITH THE VAUNT COLLECTION?
The Vaunt Collection is a United States based company, but we’re internet based to do business internationally. So yes, we are interested in your country and culture. Unfortunately, do to US Treasury sanctions, the following countries have been embargoed:
- North Korea
If you are living in these countries we cannot conduct business. However, please feel free to submit your work or project to EMAIL ADDRESS for consideration for our blog.
HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO SELL ON THE VAUNT COLLECTION?
Where ever you are globally, we require that you be 18 years of age.
CAN I PROMOTE MY ART WITHOUT DOING A SHOW?
Yes, we are open to promoting artists through our social media and website blog. Submit your work here. On that note, accepting your art for our blog or social media will not guarantee that we will accept your work for a show.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION THAT MY WORK HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?
We can promise you that your submission for either a show or for the blog is being considered. We are humbled and honored that artists submit to our collection. Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate everyone, and when it comes down to deciding there is always the bittersweet moment of having to choose. We know we might regret a rejection one day, but we also will applaud that artist for their success.
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE ARTWORK?
No, you will not have to create an account before purchasing artwork.
WHERE DOES THE ARTWORK SHIP FROM?
The Vaunt Collection does not maintain a physical inventory. All art is directly shipped from the artist.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping is an additional fee to the displayed price on the website. The artist is fully responsible for the shipping, and therefore, shipping costs will vary depending where the artist will have to ship the art to the collector.
Please note, that additional custom fees might be applied to a package. These fees are at the discretion of the Collector’s country, and cannot be known ahead of time by the Artist or The Vaunt Collection. It is the responsibility of the collector to claim shipments from customs. Shipping charges will not be returned if buyer rejects the shipment or unclaims from customs.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders are expected to arrive 7-14 business days.
For international shipping we provide an estimated time, but we have no control over customs. Often processing shipments through customs delays the estimated delivery date. Each order should have a tracking number that should help you keep tabs on the delivery.
Be advised that the collector’s country’s customs department in addition to the shipping charges. These charges cannot be predicted by The Vaunt Collection or the Artist.
If for some reason the Artist is unavailable to ship immediately the Collector will be notified of the delay.
Weather, natural disasters, and train accidents can also delay shipments.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

CAN I RESERVE AN ARTWORK?
Yes. In the case that multiple customers want to reserve a work simultaneously, then we will create a waitlist by first-come-first serve. The collector will have 24hrs to make a decision before the next collector on the list will be given an opportunity to purchase the work within a 24hr. time frame.
WILL MY ARTWORK COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICY?
Yes. The artist will provide a signed certificate of authenticity for provenance. You may also request copies of the COA to be emailed prior to purchase to confirm its authenticity.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order prior to its shipping. If, however, the order has already shipped, you will need to return the order. Shipping charges are not refunded. The Collector is responsible for return shipping costs.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Yes, the customer is responsible for returned orders. It is important to return the art as it was delivered to you. If it was not delivered in a proper fashion, please contact us for instructions.
DO YOU MAKE A PROFIT FROM SHIPPING CHARGES?
It’s a common belief that retail companies make a profit from shipping charges. This is not the case. We do not account for shipping as revenue.
WHAT IF MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Please immediately contact The Vaunt Collection within 24 hours of receiving your order. Do not try to fix anything. Take photographs of the damage, including the packaging. Do not disregard any of the packing materials.
